To boost our recruiting efforts, we are now offering a finder’s fee of $50 to anyone who refers someone to us that we hire.  If the new hire stays with us for 6 months, the finder will get another $150.

Medical Receptionist ~ $16 to $18/hour, DOE

Examples of Pertinent Skills and Responsibilities:

  • Employ positive customer service skills 

  • Check patients in and verify their insurance benefits, collect co-pays or deposits

  • Check patients out and collect charges

  • Proficiency in telephone skills, scanning, faxing, filing, and copy machine

  • Data entry of all patient demographics and insurance information into the electronic medical record

  • Accurate documentation skills

  • Maintain professional behavior towards patients, vendors, and other staff members

  • Able to work 10-hour shifts and some weekend shifts

 

Certified Medical Assistant ~ $16 to $20/hour, DOE

Examples of Pertinent Skills and Responsibilities:

  • Give IM, SQ, intradermal injections

  • Perform blood draws

  • Clean Instruments, autoclaving

  • Assist with minor surgeries

  • Operate various diagnostic equipment

  • Perform ECG's and Spirometry

  • Inventory & stock exam rooms

  • Help keep back office area tidy and clean

  • CPR/AED certification

  • Able to work 10-hour shifts and some weekend shifts

Referral Coordinator ~ $18 to $20/hour, DOE

Examples of Pertinent Skills and Responsibilities:

  • Basic knowledge of medical office procedures, California worker’s compensation regulations, insurance rules, and protocols

  • Collection of information and authorizations from adjustors, making referrals to specialists and imaging centers

  • Knowledge of medical terminology and CPT and ICD-10 is required

  • Proficiency with data entry, type 45 words per minutes

  • Able to examine documents for completeness and accuracy, and document referrals properly

  • Learn new software systems, adhere to confidentiality of information according to HIPAA regulations

  • Communicate effectively with the specialists’ offices to secure referrals

  • Communicate clearly with the public and work effectively with co-workers to be a part of our clinic team
     

X-Ray Technician/Medical Assistant ~ $20 to $23/hour, DOE

Examples of Pertinent Skills and Responsibilities:

  • Perform all X-rays that fall within your scope of practice

  • Monitor X-ray equipment and supplies

  • Perform Medical Assistant duties outlined above when not taking x-rays. 

  • California Limited Radiology Technician or Certified Radiology Technician license.

  • CPR/AED certification

  • Able to work 10-hour shifts and some weekend shifts

Licensed Vocational Nurse ~ $23 to $31/hour, DOE

We are seeking an LVN with IV certification. We see patients with a wide variety of problems, including acute illnesses, lacerations, fractures & sprains, Workers' Compensation injuries and care, physicals. We have X-ray, ECG, spirometry, and CLIA waived labs on-site. We use electronic medical records, so computer literacy is a must!
